HP presented the attractive and elegant HP TouchSmart 310 PC with the purpose of providing a more personal, intuitive, and entertaining computer experience. This new computer comes with the most advanced version of the exclusive software TouchSmart.
The company also made an announcement about the TouchSmart App Center with immediate access to subscription-based and free applications. A third announcement is related with the launch of the HP Omni 100, an “all-in-one” computer that offers the typical performance of a traditional desktop computer but with a compact design where almost everything is built-into the monitor.

HP is also helping companies to introduce the touch technology in different processes that impact the experience of the customers. This way, the American multinational information technology corporation is working closely with, for example, American Airlines, ESPN, and the American football team San Francisco 49ers.
“Each generation of TouchSmart is a reflection of what HP has learned from its customers, complemented by the latest technologies,” said James Mouton, senior vice president and general manager, Desktop Global Business Unit, Personal Systems Group, HP.
The new version of the HP TouchSmart software transforms the desktop computer into a “magic canvas” that allows users to move applications and different contents (including music, photos, and videos) through the screen in a easy way… as if they had “magnets” on the fingertips.
As mentioned before, the new TouchSmart App Center, which is available by clicking an icon on the TouchSmart menu, gives easy access (only a click away) to subscription-based applications provided by partners such as Marvel Comics and the Cartoon Network. However, there are also available free applications.
